Camp Summit Rentals

Your group can rent the amazing space at Camp Summit to provide an awesome encounter with God!

Camp Summit is located on 65 acres of private and peaceful forest. Enjoy the beautiful Summit Lodge recently updated and expanded with a huge deck and floor to ceiling windows. Be sure to visit the serene Summit Lake equipped with paddleboats, canoes, and kayaks (no swimming).

Additional features include hiking trails, low-ropes course, zip-line, Ga-Ga Ball, Outdoor Volleyball, lighted basketball court, six-sided swing, tree house, lighthouse, outdoor chapel, and campfire pit.

All Rentals Groups are required to have Proof of Insurance and evidence that Christian Friendliness/YouthHope/Camp Summit is added as an additional insured to your group insurance policy.

Rental Rates

In an effort to keep our costs low we do not provide bed linens, towels or food for our guests. Another way we help to make the camp accessible for families is children 4 & under are free.

Daily Use

• Monday-Thursday: $8.00 per person or $350 minimum
• Friday-Sunday: $10.00 per person or $500 minimum
• Use of bunk rooms (beds or bathrooms) not permitted with daily use

Challenge Course & Activities

• 3-hour Low-Ropes Challenge Course Session: $12/person
• Zip-line: $6 per person (Max. 20 participants/hour)
• Archery Tag: $60 per hour
• Hayrides: $40 per ride (Max. 12 passengers)
• Archery: $12/person *Available seasonally*

Additional Amenities

• Audio/Visual Rental: $75
• Catering: we can provide a list of local caterers
• YouthHope Staff: available to help with programs, retreats, and events for additional fee

Security Deposit

• Security Deposit of $250 to secure your rental date and serves as damage deposit
• Certificate of Insurance and evidence required that YouthHope/Camp Summit is added as additional insured to your group's insurance polity
• 45 days cancelation notice or deposit will not be refunded

Camp Summit Rental Options

Summit Lodge

• Sleeping capacity is 58 in bunk beds
• $25.00 per person 1st night (2nd night and more reduced to $23 per person)
• Minimum of 30 guests • Groups with overnight guests of 30+ receive free use of large meeting room
• Meeting room is $150/day for groups less than 30

Hickory Lodge

• Sleeping capacity is 12 in bunk beds
• $300 per night
• Maximum of 12 guests
• Amenities include bunk beds, seating area around a fireplace, kitchenette, and bathroom including 2 sinks, 2 showers and 2 stalls, building is also heated and cooled.

New Lodge

Sleeping capacity is 42 in bunk beds between 6 bedrooms

• Apt. A1 - $75/night - Queen + Twin - Sleeps up to 3
• Apt. A2 - $125/night - Queen + Twin Bunk - Sleeps up to 5
• Apt. A3 - $150/night - 3 Twin Bunks - Sleeps up to 6
• Apt. A4 - $150/night - 3 Twin Bunks - Sleeps up to 6
• Basement B1 - $300/night - 6 Bunks - Sleeps up to 13 w/ Full Size Bunk
• Basement B2 - $300/night - 6 Bunks - Sleeps up to 13 w/ Full Size B

RV Sites

3 RV sites with Full Hook-up including water, sewer & electric.

• $35/night per site
• This includes access to the lake, grounds, but not access to any of the Lodge Buildings



Tent Camping

• $20 per tent site maximum of 3 people per site
• Bathroom use arrangements will be made with camp host.
