We are so grateful to have Michael on the YouthHope team! He is working in both the Moline and Rock Island Youth Centers helping lead Kids Club and coordinating after-school tutoring.

Michael lives in Coal Valley and was born and raised in the Quad Cities area. He went to Moline High School and graduated from Augustana College in 2023 with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education.

"I have always felt a call to work with children, and the Lord has given me a heart for kids and youth. YouthHope is a natural fit! I am thankful for the opportunity to serve our children, sharing the love of Jesus with the young people in our community."

Michael attends First Evangelical Free Church in Moline, a close ministry partner with YouthHope. Prior to this current role, Michael has volunteered and served out at Camp Summit.



Fun Fact: Michael is an Eagle Scout (Awarded in fall of 2018)!
