Sophia is joining us for her second season at YouthHope! In 2021 she taught Creative Arts Summer Programs, and this past summer she was as a counselor at Camp Summit!

Now, she will be working with children and teens through creative arts ministry!

Sophia was born in Switzerland and has lived in the Quad Cities since 2002. Sophia graduated from Indiana Wesleyan with a bachelors in pre-art therapy.

"Since I was young, I have had a passion for encouraging people in my community and across the globe through art, discipleship, and service."

In 2022, she partnered with a team in Austria to serve refugees and immigrants in the greater Vienna area.

Fun fact: I love dinosaurs but am very afraid of alligators and other large reptiles!
