Bilori Paul and his wife Gabby live in Davenport. He moved to the United States as a child and moved to the Quad Cities. During his childhood growing up in Rock Island, he attended YouthHope as a child and teen. He has first-hand experience of the Rock Island schools, neighborhoods, and growing up as a student learning English as a second language.

Bilori Paul is the Reimagine Program Director and coordinates programs for the most high-risk youth in Rock Island. The Reimagine program provides a safe place for teens to come, mentoring and life skills coaching, and helps teens find their way on the path God has before them.
